The HSHS Theatre Arts Department is proud to produce Our Town, by Thornton Wilder, as it's Studio Theatre Fall Production.  The Studio class is a combined class of Honors Theatre Arts IV, Honors Theatre Arts III, and Technical Theatre students.  The blackbox style production will occur on Jan. 7-8th, 2010 at 7:00 PM in the HSHS auditorium.  Tickets are $5.00 and seatsare limited each night.  Contact the Theatre Director, Mr. Rome Buttner, for information.

Dear Business Owner,

            It is with great pride that I announce Holly Springs High School’s first annual production of The NUTCRACKER, December 14th and 15th 2007.  This production, set to the Duke Ellington arrangement of the original Tchaikovsky score, will involve over 50 students grades 9-11 and will be offered to our public free of charge.  It promises to be an event that will strengthen our community ties and bring positive publicity to the town of Holly Springs and specifically, to the degree of excellence promoted at Holly Springs High School. 

            We aim to reach far beyond the typical parent-based audience for such a production.  It is our goal to offer an in-school matinee open to all Holly Springs Elementary and Middle Schools, as well as a Saturday matinee for groups in our area, including the Girlscouts, local senior & retirement centers, and The Boys and Girls Club. 

            A production of this magnitude requires a significant source of funding from community sponsors and we hope that you will consider offering your support.  Your donation will help with costuming, props and publicity needs so that our students involved in this production do not need to incur any expenses.  Your promise of one the following levels of sponsorship will help us to create a caliber of performance paralleled to a professional production.
