Congratulations to the HSHS "Junior Rockettes"!!!!!
Each year the Holly Springs High School Dance Program produces the Nutcracker for their community. The dancers, who star as the Toy Soldiers in this holiday production, used their kickline magic to win the WRAL Junior Rockette competition offered in part by the New York City Dance Alliance and WRAL. They were the viewing area's fan favorite as well as the group selected by the Radio City Music Hall Rockettes to perform an opening routine in their Christmas' Spectacular held at Durham Performing Arts Center on Sunday, December 20th at 12pm. The "Happy Holidays" routine they are performing was created specifically for Rockettes production and will be shown as the opening act to their December 16th and 17th Nutcracker production. Admission is free!
